This is letter is attached with emails we have sent to Sports Media and there is also a email from the *** *** *** *** *** *** ***, that is stating *** *** *** has absolutely no affiliation with your company
*** *** *** is stating no bills will be paid now or ever in future to Sports Media
*** *** *** has already filed a Fraud Complaint with the Revdex.com and will take further Legal Action against Sports Media if needed
I am the General Manager at the *** *** at *** ** *** *** *** **A Sports Media representative called me several months ago asking me if I wanted to advertise at a local high schoolThis person said we advertised the year before, which we didn't to the best of my knowledge I told him that I don't have a budget for that and it is above my pay gradeI told him I would contact my director to see if it was a possiblity and to call me back after the weekend I never heard back from anyone, which was fine, because I couldn't do it anywayImagine my surprise when I receive a bill for $addressed to me from Sports MediaI have over the last several months received multiple bills from themEach time I receive a bill, I call the companyNobody has ever answeredI always leave message and have never gotten a call backThe last message I left, I told them I would have to take action if they didn't stop because I did not ok the advertisingToday, I have received
We received invoices for advertisingThe header was a local high school and the invoice was for advertising for that high school which we have done in the past We never authorized any advertising with this company yet we continue to receive invoices We have tried calling and the mailbox is fullWe have tried emailing with no response After calling the high school offices, they indicated they have "cut ties" with this business and understand they try to send out invoices from prior companies who have advertised with them
They have called multiple businesses of mine saying that my manager approved a poster or t-shirts for the local schools
I nor my managers have ever approved an ad with this company
They continue to send us bills with a Maryland check payable to but coming from Las Vegas Nevada
Sports Media is an absolute fraud I'm shocked they're still being allowed to be in business?? They send invoices for fake sports posters You can NEVER reach someone within the company to let you know you never agreed to be on this "sports poster." (The school never agreed to use them as a third party.) They continue to mail you invoices It's harassment
This customer was quoted $900.00 for rigging. Unfortunately our subcontractor failed to inform him that this amount didn't include sales tax. The customer first stated that he was tax exempt because he is a non profit but was unable or unwilling to provide tax exempt paperwork. Then he...
said he didn't want to pay it because he wasn't told that the "quote" didn't include sales tax. We have reduced the rigging amount to $839.16 so with tax he only pays $900. He has been refunded the sales tax of $65.25.
