I bought 2 mattress in July 18 2012, and I received them in the 23rd. when I bought the mattress, the salesman promise the mattress come with 10 years warranty. But 8 months later, these 2 mattress are sink at least 5cm in the middle. I started to talk to the company, but they said they do not work with the mattress manufactory anymore. They can not replace the mattress or refund the money. They also promised in-store credits to me in 4 weeks, but I never received the credits. It is almost a year passed, I called them planty of times, but they never resolve my problem. Now, my 15-year-old brother and I sleep on the bad mattress, our back are harmed by their bad quality mattress.
