Complaint[redacted] WE , WENT TO "SURPLUS FURNITURE & MATTRESS WAREHOUSE. WE BOUGHT SEVERAL ITEMS; ONE BEING A 11" QUEEN MEMORY FOAM MATTRESS, WHEN WE BOUGHT IT, WE BECAME SUSPICIOUS, SINCE IT DID NOT CAME IN A BOX LIKE MOST MATTRESSES, BUT, WE BOUGHT IT IN GOOD FAITH, AND WAITED TO TAKE ITS ORIGINAL SHAPE, IT NEVER DID, [redacted] WE WENT TO SEE THEM THE NEXT DAY, AND SAID THEY WOULD TAKE IT BACK ,BUT WE HAD TO BRING IT TO THE STORE. I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR THE DELIVERY, SO NOW AGAIN I HAD TO PAY FOR THE DELIVERY AGAIN, THEY PROVIDED WITH A COVER THAT WAS SOILED AND DID NOT COVER ALL OF IT, BUT WE TOOK IT ANYWAY; On SATURDAY WE WHEN THERE, THEY SAID, THEY COULD NOT GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK, BUT COULD ONLY GIVE US ANOTHER, WE LOOKED AT ANOTHER AND IT HAD THE SAME PROBLEM, WE SETTLED FOR A 9" BECAUSE THEY SAID IT CAME IN A BOX, THEN WE KNEW IT WAS NEW. AFTER THAT, WE TOOK THE MATTRESS OUT OF THE TRUCK, AND WHILE DOING IT, THE WAREHOUSE WORKER NOTICED IT HAD SOME SOIL, [redacted] AND THEY SAID THEY COULD NOT TAKE IT BACK BECAUSE THEY COULD NOT SALE IT LIKE THAT. [redacted] I WANT THIS MATTER TO BE RESOLVED. [redacted]Desired Settlement[redacted] WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK, IT IS $ 498 PLUS TAX. [redacted]

Complaint[redacted] We bought a couch and love seat in may. The quality has been steadily declining since then. There are loose staples. Which could snag skin.. we've noticed the fabric doesn't meet in some places,the stuffing seems to have settled significantly the cushions and springs sag more than they should when you sit on it. the cushioning around the arms and other boards is gone the furniture has basically become either saggy or hard throughout. There is no contact info in the site to contact head office and none of the employees are willing to share the information. Desired SettlementGuaranteed repair or replacement or a furniture replacement of higher quality.Refund if not possible. Business Response After speaking with the store, they were not aware that there was an issue but are most certainly willing to take care of our valued customers. From the information provided by the customer, we are not able to find an invoice. If the customer could contact the store we can research the invoice and then look to work through the manufacturer on a warranty claim.[redacted]
