Sales lady pushed us to get a sectional to lock in a "special deal" of a "free coffee/ end table set . Told us we could just pay off our bedroom set before we did the sectional, two days later she calls us twice telling us we should pick up our "special deal". Tables were non functional at best. Then fast forward to paying off the bedroom set, the dresser was too big to fit into my boyfriends car. I went to pick it up today and the lady tells me that we can only pick up the dresser since she charged the amount of the "special deal" from our balance. Since we haven't paid off the sectional yet, no mention of this when she called us twice. All we've gotten was coffee table/end table set. A bed side table and a broken dresser. The support beam was broken out of the box, no one explained that I would be charged for the "free item" until we pay off the sectional that we were pressured into getting? Then we were told we would have to get the mirror with the bedroom package but now suddenly we can take it off and it was only supposed to be an extra 20.
Would like to get the rest of my set of furniture and to have my dresser repaired.

Hello
One of the conditions of our layaway plan is that as pieces are paid for they are required to be picked up or delivered. This was on the paper that was given and highlighted in the invoice when you started the layaway. The tables are free with the purchase of 2 piece living room set. The discount will go towards the last piece of the package. We do recognize that there may be a special arrangement with the sales associate. We do apologize that this was not communicated properly.
For the inconvenience and to rectify the situation, we can give a $50 credit towards the account. Please have Kyle Gelsinger come down to our store with the sales bill or valid ID.
