May 28, 2015Dear [redacted] ,I am writing to you in regards to your complaint # [redacted] I apologize for not responding soon, I was under the impression that [redacted] satisfied with our resolutionShe has not only spoken to Harry, who it the owner twice, but is also in constant communication with our store manager HaroldShe has been back to the store since and has said that she was quite please[redacted] first complained about the employee and asked that he was in trouble for not giving her strapsWe sell straps every day to the customer who needs them [redacted] did get straps from another employee who she talked into giving them to herSo they were actually stolen from an employee to [redacted] .Our policy is always that you check the product before leaving the storeMany times the product is broken on the transporting of product.We told [redacted] we would give her store credit if she could not wait for the productShe used 3/of it immediately, but argued for the balance, Within a days of her sending the letter, she used the remaining balance[redacted] has made an argument about employees and wanted everyone in troubleShe has threatened that she was blasting us all over the internet, suing us etcEmpire lost $dollars from the broken shower which she reused all the credit and the cost of straps, $12.00.Please let me know if you have any other questions,Thanks,Melinda O

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the person filing this report back had wrongly accused me of things that are not trueI never ever talked an employee into giving me straps they did this on there ownI also never ever said I would sue that would be a waste of my timeI als said I would tell friend and family never to shop at the store but am not going to worry about posting things on the internet that is beneath meI simply was looking for a resolutionAlmost all the employees and managers at the store were very disrespectful and the response provided is nothing but lies or complete misinterpretationI did speak with the one and onlyNice employee in the store and he helped me use my credit .I need nothing else from this store and never will [redacted] *** Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: the person filing this report back had wrongly accused me of things that are not true. I never ever talked an employee into giving me straps they did this on there own. I also never ever said I would sue that would be a waste of my time. I als said I would tell friend and family never to shop at the store but am not going to worry about posting things on the internet that is beneath me. I simply was looking for a resolution. Almost all the employees and managers at the store were very disrespectful and the response provided is nothing but lies or complete misinterpretation. I did speak with the one and onlyNice employee in the store and he helped me use my credit .I need nothing else from this store and never will. [redacted]

with our store manager Harold.
