The customer called us and said he had purchased a dryer a year ago and that he needed us to come pick it up and service itThe customer insisted on knowing the exact time the delivery guy was going to show upWe informed the guy that there was already scheduled deliveries and as a courtesy that
we would squeeze the pick up in when we could and the guy would give him a call when he was on the wayWe picked up the dryer brought it in for repairServiced the machine and found out it was a broken beltCalled and let him know what the part was and that he would be responsible for the part price($5) for a used beltThe following day my delivery driver called to let him know he was on his way, customer answered and said he was at the propertyMy driver got to the property and the customer didn't answer the door, So my driver brings the dryer back and we call the customer to let him know he needs to get it picked upCustomer came in and picked his dryer up that was in the shop less than hours & I covered the $fee for delivery pickup

This customer has already been taken care of! At the time of purchases we explain that it is backed with an IN SHOP warrantyWhich also states at the bottom of every receiptThat any product that needs fixed or repaired would have to be brought in so my service guys could fix itWe went above
and beyond our policy and even asked my technician to come in on his day off to take care of this customer *** ***Saturday came around and my technician Joe called the lady times and even left voice mails trying to get a hold of herHe waited a little bit longer for a response and got nothingSo he went homeMs*** called me on Monday and I explained we went above and beyond to try to send someone out and all she did was waste his timeThen when the customer called on Monday 3/6/upset that her fridge wasn't working we explained how I had my technician come in on his day off only to not get a hold of anybodythen she stated that she had to work and had someone there at the house all day waitingi apologized and explained my technician wasn't just going to drive out to someones home with out being able to communicate if someone was there or notThat if she knew she had to work she could have called and left alternate number for my technician to contactand farther explained it would have to be brought backThen she continued to call and complain about it again on Tuesday 3/7/while she spoke to my assistant manager *** and she explained it the same wayWednesday came alone with and I guess her sister call and apologized about how her was sister was and spoke to us and then spoke to my technician and they worked something out for him to go out there durning his lunch to service the RefrigeratorAgain we STILL went ABOVE and BEYOND our policy to make this lady happy and she still complains about it to the Revdex.comAny further repairs to the Refrigerator would NEED TO COME BACK IN SHOP FOR ANY SERVICE OR REPAIRS!
