Hi ***,I am following up with the Complaint filed against my companyTheperson who filed this complaint purchased my old bed off me through [redacted] They picked up the bed at my houseThey paid for the itemthrough my person [redacted] accountThey drove the bed from Newportbeach back to their home in Malibu which is hours awayA few dayslater they called and wanted to get all of there money back becasuethey didnt like the bedI told them there are no refunds its a [redacted] purchase and I did not indicate a return as I was justc***ring out my garageThey figured out that I own a company throughmy voicemail recording and proceeded to attack me by filing acomplaint against my through the Revdex.com and disputed the [redacted] transaction[redacted] has already performed an investigation into this case and I wasfound 100% innocent and no refund was issued.Lastly this is a transaction separate from my companyI have a officebuilding which I work out of and do not work out of my garage Iunderstand the buyer has remorse but they accepted the item when theypicked it up in person and after they drove away the sale was final.If any information is needed showing the [redacted] investigation decidedin my favor I can provide reference numbers upon request.--Thank You [redacted] ***

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowThe payment was made to the Seller's *** Account (I can provide a copy of the *** transaction) When I had the item picked up and sent to my home in Malibu it became apparent that there were missing parts, as well as other defects which would prevent the bed from being functional without major rework I contacted the Seller, who threatened my wife and I over the phone, using extremely vulgar language We contemplated filing a complaint with the police department, however decided against it as the prolonged drama wouldn't be worth our effortThis seller is a very dishonest individual, and his reaction to our request to return the item to him was incredibly threatening and scary I would caution anyone doing business with his company to be very careful

Review: The Seller ([redacted] of SurprizeNovelty.com) advertised what he said was a $10,000 four post wooden bed on [redacted] List. When we inquired about the condition of the item we were told that it was top quality and in very good condition. When asked if there were any flaws or defects in the condition or finish. [redacted] gushed about the top quality of the bed, and how amazing and in very good condition this bed was.We were told that we needed to purchase the item immediately on [redacted] as it was imminently going to auction that day. He assured us that we would be very happy with the purchase. The Seller's location was 95 miles from our home. Therefore, we had to trust that the item was as advertised on [redacted] List (we have the [redacted] List Advertisement).When we examined the item we found that there were missing parts, many flaws and cracks in the finish, imperfections throughout, stains from water/heat, etc. When we contacted [redacted] (the owner of SurprizeNovelty.com and seller of the item) about either returning the item or getting a credit refund due to the misrepresentations he threatened my wife, and went off on a long list of vulgar expletives. He said that he knew where we lived from the [redacted] address that we paid him from and was screaming epithets and very threatening language.We filed a claim with [redacted], and are exploring filing a police report with the City of Costa Mesa as the threats were forceful and scary.Desired Settlement: This item is an extremely heavy item and it would require an expensive pick up in addition to the cost to have it shipped to us.We would accept a price adjustment of half the cost ($225), however the Seller ([redacted]) would have to retrieve it if he really wants it (it's not even worth $200 except for maybe firewood.The Seller ([redacted]) absolutely misrepresented the condition of the item and sold us an item that he knew was not as advertised. He had us pay in advance and then stuck us.
