I have seen the survey, however there is no statement on it regarding a survey or that the fence was kept in from the property line the alleged to inches as the customer stated was allegedly on the contractPlease supply proof, this was not written or documented as the customer stated

Earlier this year I was contacted by [redacted] for an estimate on an additional fence because I had done work at his home before. After providing an estimate and as I was leaving, he then brought the fence in question to my attention. A 4' fence was installed at the...

home of [redacted]. However, a survey was never supplied and nothing was allegedly assured to him or anyone else on the premises.  The installer was instructed by the homeowner to install the fence up against his "13 chords" of firewood which was an issue in itself during the installation.  If the homeowner has an actual copy of his contract, that he signed, he will see that it clearly states that our company is not responsible for the placement of the fence.  I was lured to his home on false pretenses to correct a mistake for which I am not negligible, hence the "new estimate".
