I called [redacted] the day I was sent this complaint and explained to her that she is looking at our traverse points and not the actual property corners. They are marked differently in the field. Persons that are not trained to read surveys sometime make that mistake. Some point have blue...
caps on them stating "Traverse" others have an orange cap on them stating "SURVEY 1". Sent a crew back out to the property at no expense to the client and remarked to corners again including the one that was covered by a fallen tree. There is nothing wrong with the survey or the distances as stated on the survey. Tried to make client understand what she is seeing on the survey by scale being so small that it is not a 90 degree lot. Not sure she understands but hoping that this extra staking on our part has her satisfied. She also stated on phone that she does not want any refund at this time. As far as the phones when she originally tried to reach us and not being able to. [redacted] was workiing on removing 4 unwanted lines for us and mistakingly took down one of our main lines for two days. We do not block calls from anyone.
