Hello, Upon receiving the complain We were able to determine that the panelist did not reach out to [email protected] to inquire about her missing money Furthermore, below is the email we sent to the panelist on 8.29.16:Good Morning ***.As of this morning we have received
the complain/dispute in which you filed with the Revdex.com.There are several items in which I would like to cover in this email to you. If after you read this email, you still have questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to me.Everything I mention to you in this email can also be viewed with our app.1. Survey.com has regularly scheduled payments days which are the 1st, 10th, and 20th of every month. If any of those days falls on the weekend or a holiday, then we will process payments on the business day before.2. On these scheduled payment days, everyone can requests payments all day long (for anything is in "approved" statusanything that is not in approved status means it is not yet ready to be paid out). Payment requests can be made up through 11:PM local time, however, any request received after business hours will be processed/paid out first thing the following morning.3. Our QA Team needs 3-business days (at minimum) in which to review and approve responses/visits that have been uploaded via our app.4. Per our app, when there are inquires/questions regarding payment, you need to email [email protected] of the things you mentioned in your dispute was that you have reached out several times regarding payment and that no one got back to you. As of this morning, I have searched through all emails that came through to [email protected] and support tickets and there wasn't anything in there from you regarding the payouts of the visits you completed. We could see on your account that you requested a payout on 8/27/but that is all.I went ahead this morning and requested an additional payout to you. There were two *** payments made to you $and $(both of which have cleared *** with no problems). As of this morning, there is nothing additional to pay out to you on your account. Your total earnings with us to date are $and in the below screenshot, you can see just exactly what you were paid for which stores. Please review the information below. If you feel that there are still discrepancies, please make sure you respond back to this email and let me know what they are so that I can work on it further.Below is a screenshot of all the surveys in which you have done and it clearly shows that everything has been paid out to you (as of this morning)
