Survival Servers

Just to let everyone know, our ARK server was taken down due to negligence on the server runners behalf, Anyone considering using SurvivalServers.com need to be warned that they are lazy scammers, a server flaw on their end, resulting in major lag on our server caused me to file a ticket with their support staff, upon confirming with them that the problem was server side, and not client side, they proceeded to tell me they couldnt help me, problem was the config editing tool wasnt SAVING the config, so the server settings wouldnt stick properly even after multiple attempts, we set our server to spawn 14k-16k animals, they confirmed it was spawning "115,000" upon telling them that I was the paying customer and required their assistance on this, they proceeded to wipe our server, terminate the service and refund the remaining for the next prepaid YEAR, back to a disposable netspend card I bought LAST JUNE, and no longer have, it was used one time FOR THIS transaction and discardedCurrently fighting with netspend, as they dont want to help us eitherDo not use SurvivalServers.com, they are heartless, lazy, negligent aholes, who dont deserve a single penny of any of your moneyGood day

I purchased a server for 30$ from survival serversfor it not to work, or to be found in the serverlist by myself or any of my friends
purchased on 9/5/the survival server stated they don't issue refunds unless its a problem within the serveri'd say that not being able to find it or my friends being able to find it is for one pointless and for two a problemthey had told me that this is a common problem with their servers and that there is no real fix for itall I asked for was a refund and they seemed not to want to help me at all any way shape or formseems like they take customers money then when it don't work they don't fix it

I bought their service on 12/27/and since then, I have probably put in 10+ support tickets concerning issues not able to be handled on my end resulting in about days of downtime due to incompetency on their end That's nearly 1/3rd of the time I've had their service being spent in server downtime
After NUMEROUS issues and complaints about their service, or lack thereof, I finally had enough and filed for a full refund which was supposedly issued by their "CEO" Ryan P*** These guys are really quick about taking your money, but when it comes to problems caused by THEIR service that isn't able be handled by the customer, it's nothing but lazy response times and even lazier interactions with the customer
After openly criticizing them on social media and directly their CEO, I was subsequently IP banned from their website www.survivalservers.com Seem like good business practices ran by honest professionals to you? Didn't think so
My goal here is to bring awareness that these guys are lazy scammers that provide maybe 10% of what they offer on their website, and that's being generous If I can save just one person on this Earth from spending money with them, I will have done my job Someone needs to investigate this company for fraudulent behavior that reeks of scam laden behavior
