This is a total scam. First they charge you 14.95 to ship the item, THAT WAS NEVER received. They claim it was delivered but no proof. Secondly, they billed us almost $200 dollars for a membership they we clearly did not authorize. I spoke to a supervisor who clearly, could not even explain these charges. We notified our bank and will be filling a complaint with the BBB.

It took a month and a half to even get this back pack? That I had already paid $39 for, when it finally arrived and I opened the package I was just absolutely disappointment! This back pack is more like a $20 back pack, on top of that they are now billing me $67 a month just to be a member and when I asked to return the bag and get my money back I was told that all I could get back was $16? This website is a scam and a joke do not purchase or join this website!
