On July 05, Mrs [redacted] called First Community Bank asking for a supervisor I [redacted] SVP-Chief Operations Officer took the call Mrs [redacted] explained her grievance to meFirst I apologized to her if we made her feel anything other than important to us I told her that I would speak with the individuals involved and do whatever it takes to insure that the treatment received by Mrs [redacted] would not be repeated I told her that the individuals involved would be dealt with accordingly and if need be they would be reprimanded Mrs [redacted] told me that I seemed like a nice guy but that she was probably going to report it to the Revdex.com The situation has been discussed with both Sonia and Linda Both ladies understand that they could have handled the situation better After discussing the situation with both ladies I determined that no further action was needed.Respectfully Submitted, [redacted] ***SVP-Chief Operations OfficerFirst Community Bank

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint My husband and I will be closing our account in the near future because of the rudeness and lack of professionalism by these two individuals described in the statementSimply talking to them would not be enough to satisfy our concerns,we will not be banking with your establishment or referring your business to anyone Regards, [redacted]

The company that I sent the wire transfer to has not received funds yet.I spoke with Mr[redacted] the operations manager and told him of the incident.He responded and said that he would speak with the women that handled my transfer today.I have attached the paperwork in three different filesand noted the correction that needed to be made
