I am posting this for my grandparents who do not have access to internetThere name is [redacted] and [redacted] RicheyThey have a burgundy GMC van and have always used this dealer for there serviceA few months ago they had it hauled down there because it was leaking waterThe dealer said it was a water pump so they replaced itWhen they picked it up the dealer told them it needed a transseal, rear end seal, shocks and a couple other thingsThey took it back to them once they got some money saved up to let the dealer fix the things the dealer said it neededWhen they picked it up from this and brought it home, the carpet inside the van was absolutely filthy with black grease deep in the carpet where the mechanics had been in and out of itAlso within a week from this the transmission was leaking again after they just put a seal on itThey had the carpet detailed to removed the grease and they took it back for them to fix the leaking transmissionThey brought it home after this and
