I am the office manager for RainSoft in Corpus Christi and Joel asked me to address the complaint that had been filed by [redacted] I am sorry if their was a misunderstanding with Mrs [redacted] She did purchase a system from us and used one of our 3rd party finance options She financed the system using revolving credit ( like a credit card ) with a 2% payment factor With revolving credit there is not a set number of payments and she is only charged interest for the time she uses the money She does have the option to refinance with any company of her choice and there is no penalty for pre-payment.As far as the pricing of our systems we have a flat rate package price that is the same for everyone and cannot be adjusted by a salesman We offer many types of systems and packages I have no way of knowing what package her friend purchased without knowing her name Mrs [redacted] has a lifetime warranty with her system and we will always honor her warranty She has called us on two occasions for us to go to her house and check her system On both occasions there was nothing wrong with the system, the issues were related to other issues in her home and we did not charge her for the service call even though it was not related to the system.I would suggest that she talk to her local credit union or bank and refinance the system at a lower interest rate Some of our customers have done that in the past.Have a nice day.RainSoftTexas Air & Water

On 1/3/@9:am [redacted] came in for an exhaust inspection, headlight bulb, brake evaluation and RI state inspectionAt the time of write up we have signed repair order( see [redacted] ) for to proceed with the evaluations [redacted] was waiting for the car in the waiting room @10:am the advisor made the customer aware what they needed to pass RI inspection, the result-a flex section of the front pipe needed to be welded in, RF headlight to pass [redacted] authorized signing the [redacted] (see [redacted] @10:am ) At 11:am ? [redacted] that was waiting in the waiting room, was cashed out for the totals match from the signed estimatepaid and thanked the service advisorAs shown by the invoices sent clearly states the customer's statement is false.?

As shown by the invoices sent clearly states the customer's statement is false.
