Review: On Saturday March **I dropped off a 17-lb load of laundry in my dark purple laundry bag with a denim tie cord.

On Saturday March **, I picked up the load and found that the plastic bag containing sensitive garments that is normally enclosed in the washed/folded laundry included several pairs of underwear that do not belong to me.

I immediately returned the incorrect items with a letter notifying Susans Laundromat of the below:

"I am missing the below items:

Underwear –

• 5 x seamless Uniqlo brand underwear sizes XS and S: $7.90 / pair (SKU# [redacted])

• 3 x pairs of Uniqlo brand black women’s socks size S: $12.90 / 3-pack (SKU# [redacted])

• 1 x pair of Uniqlo brand gray women’s socks size S: $4.30 (SKU# [redacted])

• 1 x pair of Uniqlo brand white women’s socks size S: $4.30

• Single Puma brand black women’s ankle sock with purple logo size S: $12.00 / 2-pack (STYLE # [redacted])

• Single Puma brand black women’s ankle sock with hot pink logo size S (SEE ABOVE)

• Single gray and white women’s thick cotton ankle sock size M ($1.00)

I expect you to demonstrate your honesty and due diligence as a Laundromat within 5 BUSINESS DAYS (by Friday 2014 March [redacted]at 5pm EST) through the below two options:

1. Please immediately find whoever has MY items. If you do not, option (2) -

2. If you fail to find them all, for RESTITUTION please reimburse me for the total amount of $74.00.

If I do not have my items or the reimbursement by Friday 3/**at 5pmEST, I will contact the Revdex.com to register my complaint."

The letter was signed by me and was given with the incorrect items to employee [redacted].

Today, Sunday March **I have yet to receive the missing items or any response from Susan, the owner of the laundromat or her employees.Desired Settlement: As indicated in my letter, it is both fair and appropriate for me to receive reimbursement for the total amount of $74.00 so that I can replace these items.
