I have been wanted to write this for a while but didnt have a chance since I have been relocated in another country. In the summer 2016, I lost my Burberry shirt to this Susan for a dry clean alongside with other two shirts. Guess what, I received a non high end brand shirts back but not Burberry. At the time, it was an Asian guy taking care of the store. I went there back and forth too many times and he said Susan would contact me but she has never. I kept follow up like they told me, to wait for them "to check." The guy was just an employee so all he could do just apologize a dozen times. He couldn't give me Susan's number but he did give me the number of another cleaner they sent my shirts called to"J.RaXX" in Greenpoint. I called and they said they sent to Susan all of my shirts. SO basically, it's he said she said. I know then that I would have never got my shirt back. It's not just an expensive shirt but it's a gift and now somebody already stole in and selling it somewhere cheap. My point is Susan has never called. She told the guy that she could pay me back (just so you know they can pay you x10 of service price, so it will be $35 out of $300 shirt) and in the end, she has never even called more or sort it out about that. She has never faced this error. Not respect the clients. I hope somebody check this place since clothes been stolen too often. One time when I picked up my clothes there, I overheard this lady lost her $100 dress but it wasn't my business..who knows that would happened to me. I have lived in NYC for nearly 6 years and never got robbed or stolen wallet, so I guess this it is. My sy NYC experience.

Review: Lost pant at dry cleaners:Dropped of pant for cleaning on 6/**/14. They were due back 6/**/14. When I went to pick them up I was asked to come back on a Wed. when the owner "should" be around because the worker didn't know what happened to them. Luckily I caught the owner on 6/** and was able to confront her about the missing pant. She said to wait for her call and she would inquire with the factory. Today, the [redacted] of July, I went in to graham laundromat to see the status of the pant and was told that they still don't know where the pant is. I asked for the number to the factory to follow up myself but when called they would only deal directly with the store. I have been back 5 times asking for an update and have no answers. Their response is "I don't know what happened to them." When I ask for a contact number of who to follow up with, they won't give it out. There is no sense of urgency and I have no one to contact directly to pursue the issue with since the people who work there assume no responsibilty. This is a $500 pant that is missing and am concerned that the longer I wait the harder it will be to obtain. I would like to know if my pant is missing/stolen and if so I would like to be compensated, however I have no one to deal with directly.Desired Settlement: My missing pant or compensation for that pant if missing or stolen. A response of some sort in regard to the is matter would be appreciated since they have been neglectful to my inquiry as a customer

Review: I brought an expensive white silk shirt to dry clean at Susan's Laundromat. When I came to pick it up I saw that they had ruined my shirt. It was now yellow, stained and also the shirt was full of holes. I purchased this shirt recently for $256. The employees at Susan's Laundromat won't release the shirt to me until I pay for the dry clean, they have yelled at me (3 different employees have yelled at me about the incident). They are hanging up on me when I try to reach the manager... more yelling...Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the shirt. I paid $256 for the shirt so anything that would come close to that amount.
