I purchased two Susan Nichole bagsWithin a month of using the first one, it tore at the top of the seams, a zipper tore and a grommet fell offI emailed the company to let them know, and waited and waited and waited but they never respondedI wrote back again and again and again, and finally gave up for some timeSeveral months later I saw their posts on Facebook and wrote to them thereThey responded to say that they had some problems with their email, but that things were OK nowSo I emailed them about the issue again, and they responded and promised me replacement bags and asked me to pick any bags that I wantedThey also wanted me to ship the damaged items back to them, saying that they'd send me shipping labels and either get those items repaired, or they'd replace them for me (in addition to the two they were supposedly giving me for free)I agreed, and picked out my replacement bags, and emailed to notify them, and once again they disappearedAbout a month later, someone from the company responded to say that they were out of the one bag in the color I wanted and asked if they could send me a brown one instead, but that the other one was availableI agreedIt was really frustrating by this time, so I really didn't care which ones they mailed meWhen my package arrived, there was only one bag in it, in the wrong color, and no return shipping labelsI emailed them again, and again, and againNo responseI finally got so sick of trying to get in touch with them that I gave up once moreI'll never purchase anything from them again, and I've told many friends about this horrible experience with their company

I agree with the above review, and I am taking time to do this as I too feel totally let down by Susan ***
I ordered online, received a confirmation email and my credit card was charged, and now well over a month, two emails, and two contact form submissions later, I have yet to have any communication from them whatsoever, and I am now very worried the anniversary gift either won't arrive in time, won't arrive at all, and/or my money has been stolen

I strongly recommend NOT doing business with Susan Nichole Designs, Inc. In general, I have had terrible customer service from this company. When I tried to return a product because I was dissatisfied with the appearance of the item the company sent me a store credit rather than credit the amount to my credit card (which is what I had requested). Over a month ago I hesitantly placed another handbag order to use the store credit and have not yet had the item delivered to me. That was well over four weeks ago! I will probably never see the handbag or a monetary refund. Needless to say, I will NEVER order another product from Susan Nichole Designs.
