I strongly recommend NOT doing business with Susan Nichole Designs, Inc In general, I have had terrible customer service from this company When I tried to return a product because I was dissatisfied with the appearance of the item the company sent me a store credit rather than credit the amount to my credit card (which is what I had requested) Over a month ago I hesitantly placed another handbag order to use the store credit and have not yet had the item delivered to me That was well over four weeks ago! I will probably never see the handbag or a monetary refund Needless to say, I will NEVER order another product from Susan Nichole Designs
