We are disheartened to read this complaint. We make service to our customers our first goal. Unfortunately, this custormer was unable to understand how the system operates. I tried to tell her. I absolutely did not yell at her. She didn't want to hear what I had to say interrupting me every time !...

spoke. But I did tell her more than once that the transaction with Harrisburg went through flawlessly.Harrisburg sent her registration renewal in June 2014. She did not pay for the renewal and Harrisburg did not receive her registration renewal returned by the post office. Her renewal was due on August 31, 2014. She knew the registration was due on August 31, 2014, she admitted this to us. Therefore, there is no question that the vehicle owner failed to pay the renewal, She then continued driving her car with the registration expired! It was inevitable that she would be stopped by the police and issued a citation. She continued to drive her car with the registration expired for over five months! There is one responsible party in this transaction. It's unfortunate that she would prefer to point the finger of blame when she needs to accept responsibility for her error and correct it.

I am rejecting this response because:-------- Forwarded message ----------From: [redacted] <[redacted]>Date: Tue, Sep 9, 2014 at 9:58 PMSubject: Re: letter not rec'dTo: [redacted] <[redacted]>
I received your cover letter which includes a letter from the business owner Susan Trigganni.  I find this to be most troubling.

First she needs to check her records and ensure that she is speaking of my property.  My home WAS NEVER boarded up. There were no phone calls from [redacted] or Susan prior to cancellation.  What number was she calling?  I updated my information in 2012.  Was my information properly  updated or was I just not called as she alleges. My home was never boarded up and was always occupied.

As the home owner am and a customer of years I am entitled to a full explanation and entitled to
to see the evidence that was used to support a claim of cancellation. Once again I want the documents that support her present explanation and reason for cancellation.  I want dates of contacts, people who were involved, copies of the alleged photos.

Up until my contact with the Revdex.com there was no explanation or documents provided.  Susan and [redacted] refused to talk about it in any capacity.  I specifically asked if there was anything I could do to get my insurance reinstated and the reply was no.

If pictures exist provide me a copy.  If a notice from select Portfolio exist provide me a copy.

A notice of cancellation was included in your letter.  This was previously requested along with any other documentation but I was informed no documents exist. Neither Susan or any other representative provided me with information that the mortgage company had contacted them.  I need names, dates and copies of the information that Susan alleges.  If any of Susan’s statements were ever provided this situation would not have escalated to this point.

I wanted to discuss the cancellation and at no time was Susan or the company willing to discuss it.
This is also documented by email in which Susan did not want to discuss my concerns or provide documents.  Up until this point there was an avoidance of the issues which impacted adversely upon me.

We never discussed Vacant Dwelling insurance. Again if we had we would not be seeking the information that we now seek.  We were told simply NO INSURANCE could be provided. We were told there would be no reinstatement.  No one wants to be living in a home uninsured.

When no insurance was to be provided I was entitled to any refund of difference,  I never received an explanation of how refund was computed.  The adversity that was incurred due to  her negligence and failure to provide me proper explanations and verification of what really happened far exceeds the mere unexplained refund.

Review: Insurance was cancelled without prior notice or communication. Asked company to provide written explanation as to why policy was cancelled and was refused . Asked for copies of supporting documents company refused. Asked to be reinstated company refused. Asked for written explanation as to why reinstatmwnt was not an option and company refused. According to company no documentation exsists and refuses to provide written explanation as to why the policy was cancelled.Desired Settlement: Want a detailed explanation as to why my policy was cancelled and the parties by name that were involved in this process. For a company to cancel and then refuse to provide the necessary info is absurd. I had NO prior contact oter than a cancellation period. There are procedures that are to be followed by any company to stop service from a customer who paid them for the service. I am entitled to an explantion with supporting documments. I have been severely harmed by this action. I reached out and received nothing.
