Susan Thomas uses the most disgusting, vile tactics known to try to win a case before it even goes to court. She is the most disorganized, scattered and unprofessional attorney that I have ever seen.
She and my ex have used a number of disgusting tactics to try to prolong the ordeal before we have even been able to go to court.
They have requested irrelevant medical and psychological records that they had already illegally obtained to try to prove something minor. The records that they obtained contained incorrect information to begin with.
They strung things out to a JSC and then didn't settle after wasting our time and costing more money and made it appear that they were going to try for custody of my children.
They were unhappy with my method of obtaining information on my ex's cohabitation with her boyfriend and threatened to file a 50b. That got strung out and they turned down another financial settlement in the meantime by simply replying "no" and not even negotiating. At t
