Review: I took my 2007 ford focus to shop to get fixed that was 5 weeks ago still not fixed have not got the right parts ordered yet they were ordered 2 weeks ago have not fixed problem but changed other parts all they say is this is susanville we never get our parts huh huh. Wondering if they are using my car to sell parts to other dealers shouldn't take 5 weeks for this problem want my car fixed with a smileDesired Settlement: Want car fixed asap and significant cost reduction or no charge for being taken advantage of
