Review: When dining at Sushi Cafe on Monday, July 29, 2013 around 7:00pm, we received the worst service I have experienced in a dining establishment. Our server was extremely rude and seemed to never want to serve us. After 20 minutes, he finally made his way to our table to take our order so we tried to order our appetizer and our friend could order their meal. We weren't finished ordering when he ran off to do something else so we all were not able to order at the same time and had to catch him when he walked by to serve another table. 2 families had come in after us and had gotten their food and left before we even got to order our meal. After finishing our appetizers, we sat and waited for our friend's meal to arrive and for 15-20 minutes before he came over to refill our waters that had been empty ever since we finished eating the appetizer. When he was refilling our water, we told him we were ready to order and when we began to tell him what we wanted, the phone rang and he walked off in the middle of the order to answer the phone and did not come back. The sushi chef came to deliver our friend's meal and we told him we wanted to order our meals and was extremely rude in asking what we wanted. My friend ordered her meal and the chef started to turn around and walk off and told him I still wanted to order something so I got my chance to order something. Not once did our waiter clean the dirty plates off of our table and he had only refilled our water 1 time. After about an hour and a half, we finally got out of the restaurant. The food was extremely good but unfortunately, the service was awful and we will not be returning to this establishment again to dine in.Desired Settlement: Owner and server needs to be aware how off putting he was to a customer.
