We installed a new aluminum Sunroom in 2015. He reported a small leak at one of the doors, we sent are foreman to the job to investigate the problem. We adjusted the door as best we
could at the time. We ordered new weather stripping for the door Then he informed us that the door brass hinges were discoloring and looked like they were old_ We examined this and told him
we would order new ones. It took almost 4 weeks to get them, which should not have happened. Factory apologized to us, but
that does not help the situation. The weather has been not very good over last month. So it took us a little longer than normal to get this resolved. This is our fault, but did not realize
something this minor was so urgent. When we recleved your letter we went back today. We changed out the hinges, installed weather stripping and reset the doors..
Everything was working perfectly when we left. So this should
be taken care of permanently. If there are any other issues, he needs to contact us so we can do what is necessary.
