Sushi lover does not disclose pricing differences and gratuity charges ahead of purchase. Manager Riley Rodriguez could not find where the charges were disclosed to customers on the provided materials and refused to address our pricing concerns.

With many of our new policies and practices regarding the pandemic, a mistake was made when disclosing differences in lunch and dinner prices on the weekends when viewing our online menu. On Saturdays and Sundays we offer only our dinner all-you-can-eat menu and price of $22.99. Additionally, we charge automatic 18% gratuity for parties of 6 people or more dining with us. Due to oversight, these details are not stated when accessing our online menu. They are however disclosed on our physical menus. Immediately following this incident, we have begun handing out at least one physical menu to all tables and have included a disclaimer regarding differences in prices from weekday to weekend on our message board at the restaurant's front entrance. We hope that these measures will help clear up confusion and we can avoid situations like this in the future.
