1/28/ [redacted] complaintMr [redacted] I will be more than happy when the weather is good in the spring to come back and look at your driveway any problems you have I will be glad to take care of it my job is to make sure my customers are satisfied my business do not operate in the winter time all plants are closed so I will be coming back calling you and make an appointment to look at your job concerning refunds I am NOT in the business to refund money for work that's been complete so let this be our last correspondence till spring and I will look at your job and we will go by the contract in the work that's been performed to make you happy if there's any way possible that we can thank you very much look forward to speaking with you
