Review: I ordered a platter for a party I was having on New Years Eve, 12/**/13. Three members of my party found strands of hair in two of the Sushi rolls. This was very embarrassing and left us limited options to dine on. My guests were very upset and disappointed. I had to throw the entire platter out. It was very late, so I called the following day. An employee told me to call back after the holiday and ask for [redacted]. I continued to call back and ask for the [redacted]. After a week I finally got a hold of [redacted] the [redacted] apologized however laughed and stated that in a food restaurant this is normal and it happens many times throughout the year. I found this very distasteful. [redacted] asked "well what do you want me to do?", but stated he cannot give me a refund because no business does that. He stated that if I had the platter to give back to him then he will give me a refund. I would not have the platter still in my home after a week of trying to get in contact with the [redacted]. After several attempts this matter has not been resolved.Desired Settlement: I cannot take a store credit in a business that practices poor hygene. I do not desire to dine at this place of business. I desire a full refund for the platter that was purchased.
