To Whom It May Concern: I, again, am writing on behalf of Susie's Car Lot in reference to the complaint indicated in the subject lineI have attached documentation that shows we did change the customer's information in the computer on 1/24/15, which is the day this complaint was originally filedThe transaction list shows a late fee that was never charged due to the fact that the payment wasn't late, it was paid by *** *** with a receipt made out and given to *** ***This confusion came from the fact that *** *** isn't on the contract and did not correct me when I gave him the receipt on the November paymentAgain, the fee was never collected, and has since been removed from the transaction listThe attached documents show this fee removed and also that the complainant's name, address, and phone numbers were corrected, which will allow this complaint to closeI was the employee that stood up at the desk and asked the customer to pay and leave, and only did so when I was talked down to and cursed atI would not expect anyone to sit and listen to that kind of aggressionAlthough, I felt my behavior was justified, I also thought it wasn't professional, and I did call the customer and apologizeI had hoped that this had ended that day when the customer shook my hand and accepted my apology, and I accepted hersHopefully, we can put this all behind us nowRegards, Aaron S*** Susie's Car Lot

class=""> To Whom It May Concern: I am writing on behalf of Susie's Car Lot in reference to Revdex.com Case # ***, in order to dispute the complaint with documentation to prove that the complaint is wrong, and the accusations are falseAddressing the first part of the complaint, that changes were not made: The customer reported name and address changes to our title clerk on 9/22/2014, with the request that the title and state registration be changed to reflect the new informationThe customer paid a title fee to our title clerk and the changes were madeNo one at our business told her that she "did no such thing"The corrections were completed on 09/26/with the *** *** ** *** ***We have, and can provide documentation showing the original title application with the original name and address on it with the completion date of 05/20/2014, and we have and can provide documentation showing the title correction receipt from the *** *** ** *** *** reflecting the changes of the name and address to the requested information, with a completion date of 09/26/As to the second part, the customer openly states that someone other than her made a payment on her vehicle and did not state the payment was for herWithout being told that the payment was for the customer, the employee collecting the payment and writing the receipt has no way of knowing to apply the payment to a different accountThis customer was upset because we were unable to trade her out of the vehicle into a different vehicle, and I feel that may have caused this complaintAlso, the owner of this business does not have a daughterAttached you will find the documentation that indicates that the changes the customer requested were, in fact, made, and made in a timely fashionPlease let me know if anything else is required for this disputeThank youThank you, Aaron S*** Susie's Car Lot ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint I received a copy of the title with the name and address change and the receipt for when it was doneThat's greatAt least that was done in a timely mannerAbout the owner not having a daughter, someone there told me the bookkeeper was his daughterI don't really care if she is or notIf this person would have changed my information in the computer in a timely manner this all would not have happenedI still have no proof that the computer system they use to log payments has my correct informationIf they send me a print out of all my payments with the name, address, and phone number correction I'll allow this complaint to closeI'm not upset about not being able to trade my vehicle in on another oneAs soon as the one I have is paid off, I'll be happy not to have to deal with those who don't know anything of customer service and customer careEspecially the one who stood up from his desk in a threatening manner with an attitudeThat may have been my fault, he took my words personally, though they were not directed towards him, but the company itself
