Susie's Dry Cleaners

Review: I took my grandson's brand new suit to Susie's Cleaners on Saturday May [redacted],2015 at about 11:00 am to have the suit pressed and to have the pants altered because the pants were too long. The suit still ahd the tags on it. I needed the suit ready for Saturday so that my grandson could wear the suit on Sunday. The pants had approximately 6 inch hem enough to make a cuff in the pants when I brought the pants to the cleaners. My grandson tried on the pants at the cleaners where the female seamstress /tailor pinned the hem of the pants. She said the pants would be ready for pick up later in that afternoon. I left the cleaners at about 11:20 am. I called the cleaners at at 11:33 to ask about what time would the suit be ready. The woman at the cleaners said that the pants were already altered. I said but I just left there a few minutes before. She said the alterations were done. I called back a few minutes later because I didn't think it was possible for the tailor to have done the alterations within 15 minutes. I spoke to the tailor and she said she had finshed the alerations and the suit would be pressed by 3 pm. So I picked up the suit. When my grandson arrived home that evening and tried on the the pants, the pants were entirely too short. Not only were the pants too short , but the tailor had cut off all of the extra material from hem so there is not enough material to drop the hem of the pants. By then the cleaners was already closed so my grandson had to wear the suit with the high water pants. The suit is ruined since the pants are too short. I called the cleaners this morning informing them there was a problem. I asked why they off all of the extra material. The woman said she pinned it the hem. I told her I didn't care about her pinning the pants the pants are too short. The woman said she didn't care and hung up and now they won't answer the phone.Desired Settlement: I want the cleaners to pay $110.00 for the cost of the suit because men's shop will not sell just the pant's for a suit. I'll have buy a entire new suit since the pants can't be altered to fit correctly. The tailor should not have cut off all of the extra fabric. I also want a refund for $12.00 I paid for their poor tailoring service. The cleaners ruined the suit and they should pay for it.
