We began Working with Miss [redacted] on August 4, 2016, On this date we received a non-refundable deposit of [redacted] to "hold" the vehicle. We attempted to contact the customer for 7 days to come in and sign the contract so it could be sent to finance...

companies and the deal could be finalized. We did not receive any contact back from the customer. We told the customer that we would be retrieving our vehicle if the paperwork was not finalized. Deposit expired we had to retrieve our vehicle because they refused to comply with payment or furthering of the contract process. We do not discuss any business with anyone other than the purchaser. So when the other family members came in we refused to discuss the matter with them, they were unhappy with the situation.

And like I said in my last rejection if this is what to come with your bank taking over my bank WE ARE IN BIG TROUBLE. I want a refund for my trip. I will keep fighting till I get it.

Review: 1) The policy of charging me $5 a month for monthly statements is unfair and inconvnient. It has caused me to revert to esatatments which has broken down communication and has has caused me to miss out on policy changes that I would normally view by us mail. 2) The policy of charging me for a new debit card is unfair. I had requested a duplicate card but had failed to activate it within 60 days causing the card I was currently using to be declined. There is not notice on the letter with the new card stating a 60 day period for activation...or else. 3) Now that my debit card is deactivated a supervisor ([redacted]) informs me that I will be charged $5 for a replacement card. This information was not conveyed in any letter received with the replacement card. Nonetheless it is unfair to charge me to use my own money. It is further unfair to hide the details in an e-statment that I must further pay for if I want a convenient readable hardcopy. Your policies have put me between a rock and a hard place. It is unfair and is an improper business practice. I have had enough and will be closing my account for the above reasons. I will further tell everyone who will listen about this egrigious policy. This is an unfair business practice and I will have no more!!Desired Settlement: Contact me and offer free replacement card, ANDchange the above-mentioned policies which are unfair. Lastly, re-educate your customer service personnell in customer service.
