Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Contrary to MrG***'s assertion, I did NOT receive anything for free In fact, per his letter, "We sell any seedling overages for a discounted price in hopes of getting them in the ground faster." I paid a discounted price for those seedlings but cannot tell you the exact amount due to the sparse receipt This receipt was issued by the Susquehanna County Conservation District It is so vague that no one can tell what was even purchased I received nothing from the District other than this receipt # Further, the District insists on cash only If had written a check, there would be a clearer explanation as to what was purchased.Absolutely nowhere (not on the order form or receipt) does it say anything about final sale or as is condition I am guessing that I paid around $for the seedling since there were originally $11/bundle of 10.If the Susquehanna County Conservation District is going to be so dishonest, it must put people on notice Again, I bring your attention to this ridiculous, nearly blank receipt issued by the District Regards, [redacted]

If had written a check, there would be a clearer explanation as to what was purchased.Absolutely nowhere (not on the order form or receipt) does it say anything about final sale or as is condition. I am guessing that I paid around $5.50 for the seedling since there were originally $11/bundle of 10.If the Susquehanna County Conservation District is going to be so dishonest, it must put people on notice. Again, I bring your attention to this ridiculous, nearly blank receipt issued by the District.
