May 3, 2017Dear *** ***:We have corresponded with *** *** on numerous occasions in an attempt to explain her account to herWe have sent her the requested copies of the water bill in question along with her account ledger, I personally have spoken with her or called her back on the
following days: 1/19, 1/20, 3/13, 3/23, 3/31, 420, and 4/*** *** has never requested a personal meeting as she seems to allude in her letter to you, we would certainly be willing to accommodate a meeting at our office during business hours, if she so desired one.The late fee *** *** is disputing is for March 2017, if you will review her account, you will an ongoing balance on her account less the Section paymentsThe outstanding water bill, which is to be paid within thirty days, has been open since November of 2016.All repairs requested by Section have been completed within their allotted time, they have not withheld any payments of rent, which they would do so in the event the property was not being maintained.If *** *** wishes to vacate, she can do so with a thirty-day written notice per her Lease Agreement as she is currently on a month to month agreement.Should your organization or *** *** have any further questions, she may contact our officeWe have attempted on numerous occasions to explain the account to *** ***, I'm not sure what other information she is seeking,Regards,Angela W, ARME, REALTOR Management Agent
