I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, a
contractor came out Dec 22nd, he did not speak to me, after he left the roof still leaked, I sent MrN*** a text message, he call me and said the contractor would be out last FridayI waited all day, no one every showed upI contacted MrN*** again, he said that he was in the hospital but would have the contractor contact me. As of today no one has contacted me.
