I contacted this company in July of to have service done on property that I own in Seaford, DE They were very late in returning my calls The service was performed in a sloppy manner I was told that I would be billed for the service I finally received a bill for their services in February of with a very negative letter This letter stated that they had sent me previous letters and had conversations with me about paying the bill This was absolutely FALSE I called them about this matter Again, no return calls This is a sloppily run business Not very professional

I would not recommend this business or use them again. They didn't determine the root cause of my mold issue (my HVAC people did) and charged me $230 for a 15 minute visit and boiler plate report. It took several e-mails just to get the report to submit to my insurance company and they were not responsive to a follow up e-mail I sent.
