March 29, 2017Dear [redacted] ,In regards to complaint # [redacted] : [redacted] [redacted] cancelled her Extended Warranty directly thru [redacted] .When cancelled this way, we have no way of knowing about the cancellation until we receive a month end statement along with a refund check from ZurichThe statement typically gets to us by the middle of the following month of the cancellationThis process for a refund check is about 6-weeks, which is what Tim B [redacted] told [redacted] Unfortunately, had [redacted] called Sussman Acura directly to cancel the warranty, we could have handled the cancellation and the return check, making the process quicker.We will mail the check directly to [redacted] as soon as we receive notice that the warranty was in fact cancelled, and we know the amount to be refundedOr, if [redacted] would prefer, I can call her when we have the check, and she can stop by the dealership and pick it up directly.Thank you,

Review: I bought a new acura Mdx 2014 on July 5th,2103. At the time of car purchase I purchased a remote starter which they told me that they will install in couple of days. It's been 18 days since I bought the car but they didn't install my remote starter. When I called they said that since its a new model & that the don't have a remote starter available for this model but this was never told to me at time of purchase. Now they are saying it will take another 30 days. So I asked them for a refund but they said they cannot give me a refund. I am frustrated by this whole thing . I think they have cheated me since they never mentioned to me anything about their remote starter not being available for the 2014 Mdx.Desired Settlement: I would like them either to give my money back or if they can some significant discount on other accessories.
