into the Sales department about possibly trading his vehicle inWhile at the store, the service lights came on so the vehicle was brought to our Service DepartmentIt was determined that the vehicle needed radiator and a thermostatThe vehicle was out of warranty, and the price given to complete the work was $*** *** said he could not afford the work, and left his vehicle at Sussman MazdaHe called Mazda to complain about the situation a few days later, and then came and took his vehicle a few weeks later from the dealershipMazda Corporate had called our Service Advisor last week to get more information on the issue, and let us know that the case was “up for review” by MazdaThey got back to us a few days later, saying Mazda Corporate would cover $of the labor and parts bill. We had tried to call *** *** a few times to let him know of this, but have yet to hear back from himHis car is no longer at our Service Department. I am rejecting this response because:
I took my car from Mike, yes! Because they had my car for almost 4 months. I was fed up with all the lies he telling me about my vehicle. Mike told me it was my break booster, 1 months later it was my gaskets, 2 months later it was my engine 3 months later it was my transmission. I'm very upset. I owe a bank for this car. When I took my car there it was making a noise and brakes felt weird. After months he tell me all this stuff. He took my car to a [redacted] dealer with out asking or telling me. I have nonpaper work on my vehicle that other people touched my car after leaving it at Sussman Mazda for what I thought was brake booster issue. He never contacted me until I contacted corporate. And when my husband and I went to the dealer ship he told me the pass is the pass nothing he can do about not calling me and he act like he didn't car! What kind of manager is this? He claimed the tech walked off the job who was fixing my car. I think the tech messed up something on my vehicle and was fired or did leave because of my car. Of course no one going to speak up! I have messages on my phone where the girl Crystal telling me my vehicle will be done at the end of the work week which was May7, 2017. After that I herd nothing from them until corporate called with me on the three way and threatened Mike that he was turning over my files to his boss. Next week Mike called saying my transmission went in my car. When we picked my car up Monday 6/19/17 my husband asked crystal why they say the engine went her response was that was a mistake from another technician. How many technicians touched my car when I left it for Mazda to fix? I'm very upset because I use my car for family vacations now trying to figure out how to get it fix now! It's not drivable! It's worst now then when I have them the car  I have several witnesses that know my car was drivable! They need to shut this place down!  Also, I took my car here before for a recall and they forgot to put a bolt back on the tire and I gave them another chance and look what happened now? I feel like they took advantage of me. I know and everyone else knows that it doesn't take 3-4 months  to fix a car or diagnose a problem! I'm sorry! Something need s to be done!!
