We did offer to refund you for ONE of the orders you placed because you actually signed up for two free trials using two different emails which is against our policy. We feel that we were being super generous by offering to refund you for one order considering you signed up with two different emails to get a free trial. We issued you a refund successfully for one of your orders. Again, sorry to hear you weren't satisfied with your Sustain experience. received another order of just tampons. Because you were able to login and cancel one subscription but didn't cancel the other, we were unable to issue you a refund. Hope that helps to clarify. All best, Sustain

The fact still remains that I was not given access to an option to cancel this subscription until AFTER I was charged, even though I emailed well before that point. This is unacceptable as your company seems to feel people should be only allowed to cancel after you've taken their money. At this point it's not even about the money anymore, even though the true cost of your service isn't made clear. It's about how shady your business practices are. A subscription should never have been able to be made without a customer account for 100% visibility and honesty about what you charge for what you are providing.
