SustainMax did a great job providing Insulation and water proofing services to my homeThey were originally hired to insulate the attic and crawl space, but when standing water was found in the crawl space, they water proofed that area before proceeding with the insulationSo glad to hire a company that wants to do work the right way

[redacted] and his crew were the most professional men during the 3 1/2 days it took to complete this job. They came in and laid down tarps everywhere they would be walking. We walked through the project with [redacted] and the crew leader to make sure we were all on the same page. They went right to work. Each person knowing exactly what part they played. It was very well orchestrated. I really give credit to the team when they found the large opening on the walls that they brought it to my attention. Instead of just blowing in the insulation they stopped, called [redacted] and we all went through what could be done to correct this problem. It took an additional 1 1/2 days to finish but the results were remarkable. They finished on Friday afternoon and Friday evening was a little chilly. I walked into the kitchen and for the first time I actually felt warmth in the kitchen.
We also had them install a new bath light and fan and replace a kitchen cabinet. After looking at their brochure I noticed that they also did mold remediation. We noticed mold on the ceiling and walls and columns on the porch which we never noticed before. [redacted] and his team also took care of the mold by spraying,scrubbing and finally rinsing it away. The effect was wonderful. I actually feel safer sitting on the porch knowing that mild is gone.
I would recommend Sustain Max for anyone wanting to upgrade or improve their insulation. Our house went from over 5000 cfm leakage to just over 1900 cfm. Quite remarkable.
