Due to mix up in customer information, on ***'s part (confused another customer in same town with similar install date), this
customer was not contacted as *** was actually calling another customer & leaving messages returning the call to the wrong homeowner
Since this complaint has been submitted to the Revdex.com, *** has contacted this homeowner (the correct customer) regarding the delay in obtaining and installing the recess cover for their flood control system*** was only able to leave a message on their answering machine as well as his cell number to contact him directly regarding the recess cover being on backorder (has not heard from customer)
This unfortunate/uncontrollable setback of backorder on the recess cover will in no way affect the original warranty which does include restoration limited to dirt and seed as well as yearly preventive maintenance for three years from the date of installation of flood controlAs soon as we receive word the recess covers are available for install, *** will be certain to place this customer as priority to have this installed

*** has tried getting in touch with the homeowner many times over the past couple of weeks, but cannot connect with her and is only able to leave a messageAs mentioned before, we will be sure to place this customer as priority upon receipt of covers to our shopWe fully intend to honor the original warranty through August (date of flood control install) which consists of preventive maintenance service once a year and/or replacement of parts at no additional cost without any percussions toward the homeowner
