I spent two years fighting over warranty and "waiting for a part" seems to be their answer to put off clientsWhat I thought was just a isolated personal experience is now repeating itself with the residence that my mother is rentingSutcliffe's neglect of care literally has had her in tears and wondering why she can't even get them to communicate and let her know when they are scheduled to come by to service a green pool and broken pumpIt's been a month and we are exploring her landlord to contract with another serviceThe most amazing fact is that this company functions in today's world without a website or emailThey don't even take the simple step of leaving a door hanger to let you know when they've been byThere's literally no way to tell if they're doing their job other than just believing what you're told when you callThey don't even keep track of their employees and when/what daily job their supposed to be doingSutcliffe easily has the worst customer service in Beaufort and if you live here you know that's saying something!
