Review: A server named [redacted] at Sutha Thai, (who maybe a family member of the owner) on multiple occasions has been rude during her service. My family and I were weekly customers of the establishment until a few months ago due to [redacted]'s disrespectful behavior so we stopped going. After over a month or so, I went to get take out and again she was extremely rude and unprofessional, she made suggestive comments to me regarding my spouse on Aug 28, 2015. Since then I have called several times to get a hold of the owners/managers, who I've met several times before as we were regulars. But every time they are not there. I have left 2 messages and no one has returned my call. I've physically gone in to see them, but I can only leave a message with [redacted]. I again today 9/3/15 to get a hold of the manager and it was [redacted] who answered and when I asked if it was her, she said no. when I told her I was coming in, her story changed. I have no way to contact her boss. I will continue to go there until I am able to speak with management about her repugnant and obscene comments and behavior.Desired Settlement: I will like to speak with the owners/managers to let them know about they're server ill and repugnant behavior and suggest [redacted] enroll into some form of etiquette and morality training to learn what real manners and customer service looks like. I would like to be able to easily contact the management when issues like this arise. How can I contact the right person to handle this situation when the same person, [redacted], is keeping the messages from them. I think they will loose more customers and revenue if they continue on this business model and keep her as a staff member.
