Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, [redacted] The statements made by Sutherland's are mostly twisted and That day, at that time, [redacted] spoke to the employees involved, then took pictures and got information from me about my truck and was aware that it was Sutherland's fault, because I was told to back up in the loading area [redacted] was aware that the obstructions caused the damageHe then told me to get two estimates and the Sutherland's insurance company will pay for itThat was all decided at that time.If Sutherland's employees bring merchandise to where I was parked in the parking lot it would have been fine, but I was told to back into the driveway of the load areaThis is standard procedureI was barely rolling into the loading area when the obstruction hit my truckBecause [redacted] knew the employee caused damage to my truck and that is why he said to get estimates and insurance co will pay for the damageThat is a fact.Therefor Sutherland's insurance Company must pay the damage as [redacted] promised

We bought the Reflectix from Sutherlands of Kansas City, W2nd Stin Kansas City, MO We tried to return the Reflectix to the store in Lebanon Missouri on our way to Springfield Missouri It will be quite some time before we would be heading through Kansas City to return the product We thought we could return it at another store so that's why we tried in Lebanon Missouri

He then told me to get two estimates and the Sutherland's insurance company will pay for it. I was barely rolling into the loading area when the obstruction hit my truck. Because [redacted] knew the employee caused damage to my truck and that is why he said to get 2 estimates and insurance co will pay for the damage. That is a fact.Therefor Sutherland's insurance Company must pay the damage as [redacted] promised.

On November 17, 2017 Mr [redacted] was backing into a fenced in area to pick up some shingles, he did not see our employee on a forklift on his right side so as he was backing up looking at a pallet on his left, he backed into our forklift. Mr [redacted] did talk to [redacted], our store manager that day when...

he came into the store admitting that he backed into a piece of our equipment, but was blaming it on our employees for not warning him that he needed to stop. As store procedure, [redacted] told him to get two estimates while we check into his claim. Once [redacted] talked to our employees, they confirmed that Mr [redacted] did back into our forklift but he was going to fast to warn him to stop. On December 22, 2017 Mr [redacted] called our Office in Kansas City and talked to Julie Robbins who he told that he backed into a piece of our equipment and was waiting on a call from someone here at the office about it. On January 3, 2017 I called Mr. [redacted] to tell him that we would be denying his claim because he backed into our forklift because he did not see it, that it was not our fault. Mr. [redacted] said that he thought that is was our fault because we had a pile of concrete bags on one side of the drive that he was trying to get around. We received a letter dated January 11, 2018 stating that our forklift hit him and he would accept 70 bundles of shingles as payment. Our office responded to that letter on February 12, 2018 noting the conflicting facts he has given. Every time he has talked to myself the store and another individual at our office he states that he backed into the forklift, like our employees confirmed, then when he sent the letter to our office and to the Revdex.com, now our forklift back into him? We bought the Reflectix from Sutherlands of Kansas City, 311 W. 2nd St. in Kansas City, MO 64114.  We tried to return the Reflectix to the store in Lebanon Missouri on our way to Springfield Missouri.   It will be quite some time before we  would be heading through Kansas City...

 to return the product.   We thought we could return it at another store so that's why we tried in Lebanon Missouri.
