Good luck Gillian with Stephanie and southerland management is the worst management ever. I have 15 year dealing with them and not getting any better. In my community all they have to do is cut the grass is been two months with no service.

Stephany Mahony is the worst property manager that I have ever deal with in my whole entire life. I cannot believe she has the tittle of a property manager, who was crazy or mess up in their head to hired someone like this? Island cove is a disaster since she took over and she doesn't know how to treat the residents or even listen to answer questions about a simple letter. She feels superior and so arrogant Also said that no one was over her when I ask for corporate number. She is braking the fair housing rules against one of the residents in this community. I would like for her boss to get in contact with me as soon as possible before this goes into a lawsuit, because I know the law since I'm also a property manager myself. She should be fired immediately. I gave you 1 start on this review because I have to and I don't have another choose to be able to leave this review. This is the worse management and manager that I seen since I have been living here for over 10 years. Also like I said as a property manager myself for over 20 years I cannot believe there's a person like this called a manager period is totally discussing having to deal and hearing a human been like Stephanie Mahony definitely destroying this company's name
