I speak for my husband who is very upset and embarrassed of the situationHe trusted his sales person Tobic E*** and the sales manager who at the end tricked him on his tradeThey never add up the components that make up the price so at the end when you go to financing they close the deal fast without explaining the details hopping you don't notice all the hidden dealer feesUnfortunately my husband loved the car and was closing the deal at 9:pm on Sunday the staff was tired and wanted to go home as well as my husband that did not pay attention to the finance detailsHe got tricked for his trade for over $5,000, dealer fees added to almost $1,and was sold a vehicle that had mechanical problems and should had not been put for sale until the problems were fixedMy husband called first thing Monday morning to report the problem with the car and also to go over the agreement terms which he did not agree withThe answer we got was you signed already the car is yoursHe had to take over a loan that went over $6,of his budgetWe explained the problem in detail to several higher ups, but none wanted to acknowledge their mistakes or shady tactics and repeatedly showed their incompetence and lack honestyThey took the car to repair it and that's when we confirmed more lies from the sales person and managersWe have spoken with managers already and no one seams to careStill today the car is getting repair "supposedly" because it was originally going to be ready Thursday, then Friday, then Monday, then Tuesday, then WednesdayCome today and still the car is not readyThe sales person told my husband that he was on his way to pick up the car from the repair shop and that would be ready tomorrow morningThat's not the only issue but no one gives my husband a call to inform him that the car is not ready or to give him updates on the repairHe has to call constantly until he is able to speak with a manager because the sales person never returns his callsEach manager says something different and no one wants to take the blameOh just right before I was about to complete the review another manager named Javier A*** calls my husband to let him know that the car will be ready FridayThis is a joke! They can't make up their mindsThe entire experience lacks professionalism and customer serviceI would never recommend such a DISHONEST dealership like Sutherlin Nissan
I have bought a car and when I left the lot the check engine light came on I took it back to them and they said that light was nothing I took it to *** and got a diagnostic on it and the code read powhat is the transmission control system which means it was getting stuck in 6th Gear I was still in my three day graceAnd I told them I did not want the car and they told me that the deal is made and there's nothing that they can do so now I'm stuck with this car with transmission problems
Dreadful dealership that needs sorting out by Nissan USA before they put people off buying ANY Nissan cars. Dishonest, disrespectful and disgusting customer service. How can they have an A+ rating when they have NO POSITIVE reviews?? They have 67% negative.. they can't all be wrong.
Probably one of the worst dealerships I've ever had to deal with. The manager Frank, should never be in the position he has. He is very rude, ignorant and disrespectful. I have reported him to Nissan head office because of his disgusting behavior.
Went to this dealership to check out a used vehicle, during the negotiation process my vehicle that I was considering trading in was emptied of all my belongings by [redacted] and [redacted] (both sales reps who work there), I was never so humiliated by a company such as this one. This company needs to conduct a meeting that focuses on business ethics. Needless to say after feeling so humiliated from not only that one particular experience, but along with the trade in value, the payment option that the try to throw various fees into was ridiculous. Consumers beware, if you are looking to get treated with dignity and respect then seek car shopping elsewhere.
