Dear Ms. [redacted],We received your letter today, August 15, 2017, regarding a customer complain by Ms. [redacted] regarding the facial service together with the "Perfectio850” device that she got serviced for and purchased respectively.When she came to our Boutique, our crew were very...
courteous and polite and we asked her to wait for the person who is scheduled to take care of her. As soon as Adi was available, he took her to the facial room and performed the best facial service that we always provide to our clientele. Adil then encouraged her to try the "Perfectio Device" to see the difference after using it. This device lifts the facial and neck areas. Adi used the device on Ms. [redacted] face and decollette' and showed her the difference. Ms. [redacted] skin on her face and neck were lifted as expected, There was no redness whatsoever, if anything she looked pretty satisfied. Ms. [redacted] was satisfied with our service that's why she purchased the device of her own accord.We do, however, have a posted policy for “Exchange Only" of which we can accommodate her if she wishes to.Our goal is to provide the best facial service to our customers and make sure that they get what they paid for and more.We hope that this letter will clarify the event that happened at our Boutique.Sincerely,Sutra Beauty Bar
