courteous and polite and we asked her to wait for the person who is scheduled to take care of her. As soon as Adi was available, he took her to the facial room and performed the best facial service that we always provide to our clientele. Adil then encouraged her to try the "Perfectio Device" to see the difference after using it. This device lifts the facial and neck areas. Adi used the device on Ms. [redacted] face and decollette' and showed her the difference. Ms. [redacted] skin on her face and neck were lifted as expected, There was no redness whatsoever, if anything she looked pretty satisfied.
