I ordered shoes for my daughter from journeys onlineFirst off it took journeys days to leave the warehouse (says 1-days on website)Second when we check our credit card statement they charged us for the amount of the shoes and put a pending charge of the same amount on there as wellI've ordered online at least hundreds of times and never was I charged and have a pending charge added as wellWe called journeys customer care and asked them to take off the pending charge and they said they couldn't because of security reasons and told us to call our credit card companyCredit card company said that journeys had to take it offRegardless WE WILL NEVER PURCHASE A SINGLE THING FROM JOURNEYS AGAIN, and I will spread the word to anyone that I know that they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced

I made an order on NovI was extremely patient and waited untill Dec to call and complainAfter waiting hours for a call back, they apologized, said the embroidery on the hat was finally done, after a month and a half, and they were going to give me 30% off and ship my stuff, expedited shipping, from Mississauga, tomorrow (Dec 22)So yesterday, Jan 5, months later, I still have no shipping confirmation, so I call again! Now, my stuff was shipped this morning (Jan 5), still no shipping confirmation, but only of the items were shipped"but I had itemswhat happened to the rest?" Noapparently I don't know what I'm talking aboutAlso, they say they haven't charged my credit cardbut my statement very much says they charged mefor ALL of itand then just canceled the majority of my order

I walked into Journey's and there was a girl standing behind the counter on her phone taking pictures of herself and one of the male employees. I'm assuming he worked there but he did not have a name tag on. Neither of them greeted me. I looked around for a while and then I walked up to ask them for a specific shoe in my size. The guy went to the back and grabbed it for me. There was another employee working as well and the girl talked to him very rudely in front of me. I later found out from a friend that she is the store manager and that the other guy who actually helped me was her boyfriend and that he isn't even employed by the company. I have worked retail for many years and I was very disappointed in the service I received and then to find out she was the store manager was even more disheartening. I will not continue shopping at Journey's as long as she is employed there.

I walked into Journeys thinking I was going to receive outstanding customer service . Nope . There was a girl standing behind the counter on her phone . I was not greeted at all . There was a guy who looked straight at me and proceeded to the back as I made eye contact with him . I'm assuming the store manager? Never again will I shop at Journeys. Even if I didn't walk in for shoes, no one acknowledged me.

I went to Journeys, Store #243, at [redacted] in Grand Prairie, Texas on Tuesday, August 23, 2016 at about 7:00 P.M. I experienced the absolute worst customer service in my life. There were about 4 or 5 employees there at the time. I stood by for about ten minutes, but not one employee asked if I needed help. Therefore, I walked to the counter and explained the problem to one of the guys working and asked for a manager. Well, to my surprise, a female manager was standing there looking down at her cell phone while apologizing for dealing with a customer's returned item. Then, her next words to me were, "What's up?" Are you kidding me?! I told her that you should never say what's up to someone my age who is trying to get assistance in a store. I asked for the store manager's name and was told that it was Jordan. However, he wasn't there at the time. I had been to about 5 stores looking for a particular pair of Converse that only Journeys had, but I did not purchase them. I refuse to spend my money at any store where employees have no customer service training.
