I am rejecting this response because:Most of this is a lie and not true! Only thing that is true about this statement is after I told Aristocrat they owed me money, they turned around and said I owed them $aristocrats told me my property would be outside of their property and for me to go pick it upI was not about to step on the property and have them accuse me of somethingEverything else is a lie and I have all the text messages to prove I reached out to Aristocrat for my coffee table stating a few times where is and is it almost done.

After muliple versions of her own account of what happened while my guys were in her job in comparison with statements gathered my each of the gentlemen on her move, It was determined that Aristocrat Moving did not damage the item in question That there was In fact no possible way we could
have done what's described for multiple reasons1.) We do NOT use masking tapeWe bring select low stick box tape, pads and streth qrsp to all jobs2.) Our man are trained against putting adhesive surfaces such as tape in ANY FINISHED surface.3.) Complaints and solutions are directly dealt with through the owner and owner only before we leave the job site4.) There was no complaint of any damage during the final walkthrough completed before my guys left Sara Marie ***'s job.5.) Securing a glass top for a table into the table with tape is dangerous in itself, we remove the glass prior to the table being moved and wrap it separately in a moving blanket. LearlyThe conclusion that was reached between the movers on-site was such; because of prior conversations between *** and my men, we were under the assumption that she wanted someone to refinish the already damaged table in questionWe offered up our stain and wood guy to do the job at which she seemed very pleased at the idea of us taking the table backThis was what was discussed the evening of July 27th, prior the the collection of the final bill with crew leader Davis H*** calls into the office days later to ask if we are going to pick up the damaged table, which we sent someone out to pick up the tableAfter months of non contact ***s final bill ends up at $for repair are storage of her tableShe was also made aware her table was placed outside of our place of business for her to pick up at her convenience
