This is no half-truth, or exaggeration. As I have stated before, I wonder if Mr *** would be ok with waiting over months for a product, or a refund, he had paid in full for? I suggested a refund to Mr. [redacted] through his credit card for product ordered, and gave him simple directions on how to obtain it and provided valid reason why the process was such.
