As so frequently happens these days, customers order on line through one of the Natlorder gatherers such as *** ***, and think that are dealing w/their local florist but they are not. We, the Sutton Flower Shop were nothing more that the LOCAL shop that that Natlorder gatherer chose
to fill the order they took from the customer onlineWe agree that the price was unrealistic for the product selected, but as I just said we do nothing more than fill the order per the Order Gatherers instructions. The Sender never had any contact w/us directly, neither when the order was placed or afterwards when they filed their complaint. This is evidenced by the "standard" response he received from the Natlorder gatherer, that as compensation, they would offer $off the NeXT order that was placed w/ THEM!!! The moral of the story here is DO NOT use the NatlOrder Gatherers, who usually tack on a good $OR MORE SVC charge for themselves, that the filling florist Never sees, thus making this order if memory serves me right, ONLY $sent to the filling florist. Contact your local florist of choice, DIRECTLY, by phone, there will be less opportunity for misunderstanding & you will definitely receive more value for your money. We're sorry you had this experience, but again we had NO DIRECT involvement in this order. As the new montra sez, "shop local"!!
