I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
In reviewing this response it is clear that this is nothing more than a rant in regards to my initial complaintSuzanne has taken my complaint as an attack, which just is not the caseI have an issue with the nature in which she and her staff have required payment for this DVD (in the form of notes given to my child) This is neither "petty meanness" nor an "outright lie," as I have copies of these notes to support my claimI feel that in her response she has not only exaggerated the issue, but attacked my characterI am an educated businesswoman and I know my rights as a consumerThis complaint is in no way about a mere $25, it is about the principal fact that I do not have to pay this feeCamille's recital is very important to me and I intend to record it...myself. I remain unsatisfied with this response because Suzanne has stated that I do not have to pay this feeHowever, this complaint is in regard to the fact that she is requiring ALL of her clients to pay this feeAs aforementioned, the $is not the issueThe issue lies in the principal fact that, legally, clients of this dance studio cannot be required to purchase this DVD in order to attend their child's recitalI am disappointed that she lacks such a connection with her clients that she is not aware of how many parents have discussed this amongst themselves and with her staffI am personally aware of two individuals that have made mention of their concerns about this payment to her staffIn all sincerity, this is why I contacted the Revdex.com rather than Suzanne has erselfNot only have I never seen Suzanne at the studio, nor entertaining conversation with parents, I did not feel confident that my complaint would be taken into consideration I am aware that this complaint has been discussed at the studio, as I have been informed that my complaint and my name have been a topic of discussion between a staff member and another clientThis, along with Suzanne's reply, are both examples of gross negligence of professionalism I am aware that my complaint lacks anonymity and I feel that, as the studio owner, Suzanne should have taken a professional initiative to contact me.

April 22, 2015To whom it may concern,I am writing to address the complaint #***.I am stunned at this ridiculous letter of complaint and honestly hurt I run a small family owned and operated dance school and have for over years, and have never received a letter of such petty meaness
and outright lie The woman never came to me or any staff member with any concerns or complaints To go above and beyond me without the common courtesy of talking to me first is just beyond belief!Handouts were given at the end of February and given out also at the end of March I did not "spring" anything on anyone, I keep everyone in the loop with policies through Newsletters monthly, facebook, website and verbal notices.I must say...you can do a million things right as a business owner, trying to please everyone while giving exceptional training, a family atmosphere, nuturing and safe environment, kind and caring teachers, low tuition rates and hundreds of graduated alumni who treasure and cherish there second home ar Suzanne's School of Dance....And then one small policy this woman doesn't like - nor does she communicate she doesn't like, and she goes to the Revdex.com! She trys to ruin my reputation without even talking to me, over $25! I can't help but feel she has some bizarre kind of vendetta which is very unfair I hope you as a complaint handler realize this ridiculous complaint should not be held against my record I take pride in the fact I am old school, honest with integrity.I will not expect this woman in the year old class to purchase a DVD of her childs first recital.Thank you for your time.Sincerely,*** ** ***OwnerSuzanne's School of Dance
